In this Episode, Mark Bristow interviews Sharon Branaugh who offers insights into working with amongst others, those with long-term health conditions.
Sharon Branagh is a self-employed behaviour specialist with over 23 years’ experience working from practitioner to operations management in services for people with mental health difficulties, learning and physical disabilities. She is currently teaching the Expert Patients Programme within the National Health Service in the UK for people who have long-term health conditions or chronic disease. Sharon is a tutor and therapist at the Isbourne Holistic Centre in Cheltenham, a coach trainer for the Mind & Body Calm Meditation technique and runs workshops and classes in a range of stress reduction techniques. Sharon has her own private practise in Gloucester and currently has a pain clinic specialising in the use of EFT. Sharon is married with 2 young girls and in her spare time (which isn’t a lot) she is a volunteer for a national charity’s telephone support line and runs a local support group. She was diagnosed with a long-term health condition herself 9 years ago so is an ideal advocate to train and coach others on their return journey to health and happiness.
Sharon has contributed a chapter to the “EFT for Everyone” book.
